Spa membership pricing reflects the monthly charge, with payment required for the initial month at the time of purchase. After your order is submitted, The Spa will contact you to confirm your membership. A 6-month contract is required and will be finalized during your first visit.

Reboot + Refresh Terms for Spa and Gym Memberships

Regular spa membership conditions apply. This special offer is valid exclusively for new gym and spa members and cannot be applied to existing or previously purchased memberships. Spa Memberships: The sale price is valid for the first 6 months only and will automatically renew at the original spa membership pricing after the initial membership duration.

Gym Memberships: A 12-month commitment is required.

Persona Training Package Sale: Sessions need to be used within 90 days of purchase.

How much does a spa membership cost?

Pricing differs based on the chosen treatment. Opt for a membership from our membership page or contact the spa to have a customized membership curated exclusively for you.

Can I bring guests with my spa membership?

Yes! When friends and family join you for services, they can benefit from your generous discounts.

Can I pause my membership in case of travel or illness?

If you need to put your membership on hold, you can freeze it for up to 90 days. When you choose to freeze your membership, the time of the freeze will be added onto the end date of your commitment. The terms and conditions of your membership will still apply during this time. You will not have access to the benefits of your membership until it is unfrozen. To request a freeze, please complete The Spa at Yellow Creek's 'Freeze Request' form.

What is the cancellation policy for spa memberships?

Please be aware that both packages and memberships are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your membership, kindly give us a 30-day notice in writing before the expiration of any membership or package. This membership will automatically renew every month. Please note that this membership cannot be canceled before the completion of the total committed membership period.

Is there a commitment period for the membership?

Spa memberships require an initial 6-month agreement. Memberships will be billed on the first of each month (if the total amount was not paid in advance) for the full term of the membership using members’ credit card kept on file

With a spa membership, can I use the gym too?

You are welcome to enjoy our gym facilities free of charge on your day of service.
