WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the following countries:

United States (excluding PO Boxes).

To inquire about delivery outside of these countries or to inquire about other shipping options within the United States, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, with exceptions during peak holiday periods. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email.

Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Domestic shipping rates and details are as follows:

Free Shipping - Only valid for ground domestic shipping. Free shipping not valid for Omnilux LED masks.

Standard - estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from processing of the order *$10 USD, plus applicable taxes

Expedited - estimated delivery within 2 business days from processing of the order *$14.99 USD, plus applicable taxes

*Delivery times are subject to change depending on the shipping location.

Orders do not require a signature for delivery. 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Expedited delivery may only be available for select locations.

We do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Please note that certain items which are considered hazardous materials by regulatory authorities (e.g., pressurized spray cans, fragrance, etc.) can only be shipped via ground shipping due to air transport regulations. Restricted items may not be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

 

TAXES

All taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal and state tax legislation.
