Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, with exceptions during peak holiday periods and provided the items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email from us if items are on backorder or are out of stock.

Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Packages do not ship on Saturdays or the following U.S. holidays:

The delivery time of your order depends on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days for delivery, depending on location.

At this time, we are unable to ship internationally and to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O.

Orders valued over $500 will automatically require a signature for delivery. Please contact us before or when you place your order if you would like to waive the signature required for your package.

ONLINE RETURNS

U.S. online purchases may be returned by mail for a full refund to the original method of payment (less shipping costs) within 14 days of the delivery date. U.S. Online purchases may also be returned to The Spa at Yellow Creek location for store credit only.

Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging and/or with the original tags attached.

Please note as well that all returns are subject to validation and approval by The Spa at Yellow Creek and that The Spa at Yellow Creek reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, at its sole discretion.

Sales are final on all makeup + gift cards, and sale/ promotional items.

All shipping and duty charges are non-refundable. Any shipping or duty costs are at your expense for any items returned by mail.

RETURN IN THE MAIL

To return your order in the mail, please send an email to mary@yelllowcreekspa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping your return back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm either the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Please ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging, if possible, and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included. All items must be in their original packaging and have original tags attached (if applicable).

RETURN AT THE SPA

Bring your original invoice or order confirmation email along with the item(s) you would like to return to The Spa at Yellow Creek.

Be sure to bring valid photo identification and the original method of payment for verification purposes. Your return will be issued back in the form of a The Spa at Yellow Creek store credit.

You May Not Receive A Refund If...

You return an item that is damaged, without authorization, without original tags attached, and/or not in its original packaging, or if the item is not returned in a timely manner following the issuance of your return authorization number, your return will not be processed. 

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

The Spa at Yellow Creek always aims to keep our website up-to-date, unfortunately, sometimes due to high demand an item may be out of stock or unavailable. In the event, this should happen our team will contact you via e-mail to confirm if you would like the order shipped incomplete and update you on the requested product arrival time. If not, our team is happy to help you find a replacement product. You may also sign-up to be notified when the product is back-in-stock.

 DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at The Spa at Yellow Creek and we will work to resolve the issue for you.

STATE & LOCAL SALES TAX

The terms contained herein are subject to change, as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. The Spa at Yellow Creek strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently, and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.

HOW TAX IS CALCULATED

The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to or fulfilled from. For example, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if shipped to another state. Moreover, the tax rates applied to your order may also be different for a variety of reasons, such as a shipment to a residential home versus a business address.

Once an order has left The Spa at Yellow Creek, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. The Spa is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to the shipping carrier and their customer service department. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.

Please note the following important Gift Card Terms & Conditions:

Gift Cards can only be used in person at our spa location-The Spa at yellow Creek and they cannot be used online at www.yellowcreekspa.com. Gift Cards may be used in person at our location to pay for any services or products. The value of a Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. A Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift cards are valid for 5 years after their date of purchase. Acceptance of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions.
