A Swedish massage that combines the therapeutic power of hot and cold. Hot towels on the feet and a hot water bottle on the sacrum promote deep relaxation, while a cold stone facial eases sinus pressure and tension. Duration: 60 minutes or 90 minutes available
CBD MASSAGE
A massage customized to your needs and preferences, using a CBD anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving balm. CBD is non-psychoactive and provides therapeutic benefits for stress relief, relaxation, joint and muscle inflammation, recovery, and healing. Duration: 60 minutes or 90 minutes available
ZEN SHIATSU
A form of bodywork based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, combining massage, stretching, and acupressure to provide relaxation and relief from stress, pain, and chronic conditions. Clients should wear loose, comfortable clothing for this treatment. Duration: 60 minutes or 90 minutes available

Spa Membership Terms & Conditions
Start Date: Spa memberships begin on the first of the month.
Commitment: A 6-month minimum commitment is required. After the initial term, memberships continue month-to-month.
Pricing: Promotional membership rates, including Black Friday and Christmas in July offers, are guaranteed during the initial 6-month commitment term. After that term, membership continues at the regular discounted membership rate, subject to notice of any future pricing changes.
New Online Member Bonus: Online spa membership joins receive one complimentary core RE·MEDĒ™ recovery session, redeemable for Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Halotherapy, Compression, or PEMF. HOCATT™ is excluded.
Amenities: Sauna, gym, and lounge access are complimentary for use specifically on the day of your scheduled spa service.
Member Privileges: House account privileges and standing appointments are available to make recurring visits easier.
Rollover + Sharing: Unused services may roll over. Member pricing may be shared when guests join you for services.
Freeze Policy: Memberships may be frozen for up to 90 days per calendar year. Freeze time is added to the end of the commitment period, and benefits are unavailable while frozen.
Cancellation: Packages and memberships are non-refundable. Spa memberships require the initial 6-month commitment, then continue month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel.
