Spa membership pricing reflects the monthly charge, with payment required for the initial month at the time of purchase. After your order is submitted, The Spa will contact you to confirm your membership. A 6-month contract is required and will be finalized during your first visit.

Can I pause my membership in case of travel or illness?

If you need to put your membership on hold, you can freeze it for up to 90 days. When you choose to freeze your membership, the time of the freeze will be added onto the end date of your commitment. The terms and conditions of your membership will still apply during this time. You will not have access to the benefits of your membership until it is unfrozen. To request a freeze, please complete The Spa at Yellow Creek's 'Freeze Request' form.

What is the cancellation policy for spa memberships?

Please be aware that both packages and memberships are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your membership, kindly give us a 30-day notice in writing before the expiration of any membership or package. This membership will automatically renew every month. Please note that this membership cannot be canceled before the completion of the total committed membership period.

Is there a commitment period for the membership?

Spa memberships require an initial 6-month agreement. Memberships will be billed on the first of each month (if the total amount was not paid in advance) for the full term of the membership using members’ credit card kept on file
