Use it in the shower or bath for smooth, refreshed skin, as a natural deodorant on clean underarms, or warmed/cooled to help ease sore, tired muscles.
For body exfoliation: On damp skin in the shower or bath, lightly glide the bar over the body using gentle, circular motions. Rinse thoroughly and follow with your preferred body oil or lotion.
As a natural deodorant: On clean, dry underarms, slightly dampen the bar and gently swipe over the area. Allow to dry before dressing.
For sore muscles: Warm the bar slightly (never too hot to touch) or cool it in the refrigerator, then apply directly to areas of tension for a few minutes at a time.
Avoid using on freshly shaved, broken, or irritated skin.
