What happens after I join online?

The Spa will contact you to confirm your membership details, finalize your membership agreement, and help schedule your first visit.

Can unused services roll over?

Unused services may roll over, and your monthly service may be gifted if you are unable to use it.

Can I pause my membership?

Memberships may be frozen for up to 90 days per calendar year. Freeze time is added to the end of the commitment period, and benefits are unavailable while frozen.

Can friends or family use my benefits?

Member pricing may be shared with friends or family when they join you for services.

Can I use the gym or spa amenities?

Sauna, gym, and lounge access are complimentary for use specifically on the day of your scheduled spa service.

Can I cancel before six months?

Packages and memberships are non-refundable. Spa memberships require the initial 6-month commitment, then continue month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel.
